I started in the fitness industry in 2002. I was looking to enhance my life as a stay-at-home mom. A friend at the YMCA where I worked out encouraged me to pursue a personal training certification. It was to be a part-time job, however, I realized very quickly that I had found what I was meant to do in this life. Teaching people to respect their bodies is so rewarding.

I hope that I give back a fraction of what I receive every day from my clients. When I am away from the studio I enjoy running, cooking, spending time with my husband whose support on this journey has been amazing, and my wonderful children.


Lisa D'cunha

As an ACE-certified Personal Fitness Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.


Julie McLandsborough

My journey in the fitness industry began in 2000 as a group exercise instructor at the YMCA. It was the perfect way to share my love of exercise and build relationships while my twins were young. In 2006, I decided to take it to the next level and get my certification in personal training. I’ve always enjoyed the challenges that each individual client presented from a physical and emotional perspective.

I believe in functional, multi-joint movements that are beneficial to my clients outside of the gym. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, my family and friends, and of course, all things active!
